In the morning, I had a conversation with Asuka about the OPA summer festival exhibition because we will participate in the exhibition together. After the meeting, I finished the layout and illustration of the flyer for the new app. I worked hard without rest.

Tue.30 JUL 2024

I went to my office since there was a lecture on how to use AI tools on the job. We were taught how to use Midjourney which can make images from prompts and Reonald which can make short movies from images. It was amazing. Someone said we don’t need an illustrator anymore. I’m indeed afraid of the future.

Wed.31 JUL 2024

Today was my day off on a weekday. I had a lot of things to do. I went to cut my hair, took photos of my brooch art, made a panel for my introduction and price list, and went shopping.

Thu.1 AUG 2024

It was the carrying-in day for the exhibition. I did my chores in the morning and went to the gallery in the afternoon. Though it was hectic, I prepared my exhibit in an hour. After that, I went to the gallery Le Monde to see the exhibition “CAT POWER”. It was great. I also went to Laforet HARAJUKU to check the market “Market of Love and Madness”, which I will participate in next year. It was also great and I felt so much power.

Fri.2 AUG 2024

It was a work-from-home day. I had so many things to do and meetings. After the meeting, I got more work! The new task of making Sugoroku, like a board game using dice seemed so fun.

Sat.3 AUG 2024

It was the second day of the exhibition that I participated in and I went to the gallery to see a customer that would visit me there. However, when I got to the gallery my client had already left. I couldn’t see her. I regretted to miss her. After that, someone came to the gallery but my customers didn’t come. I think it was too hot for everyone to go out.

Sun.4 AUG 2024

It was the third day of the exhibition. I went there with my daughter. She enjoyed her time in the gallery because there were so many cute illustrations and fancy goods. She picked up a fan with an illustration of an animal face and I took a photo of it. It was cute.
